YOUR ROLE
- Assist in the preparation and modification of adhesive formulations, including mixing, testing, and adjusting chemical compositions based on performance requirements
- Conduct routine testing of adhesive products (e.g., viscosity, bond strength, curing time, etc.) using standard industry testing methods and equipment
- Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory equipment used in adhesive formulation, testing, and analysis; Ensure proper calibration and troubleshoot any equipment issues
- Follow safety protocols for handling chemicals and equipment; Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and company safety guidelines
- Work closely with product development teams to support the development of new adhesive technologies and improving product performance
- Assist in identifying issues during testing and contribute ideas for product enhancements and/or process improvements
YOUR SKILLS
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or equivalent is required
- Excellent command of MS office is required
- Good communication skills in English is preferred and Korean is native
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow precise instructions to ensure the consistency and accuracy of results
- Ability to identify problems in experimental setups, test results and propose solutions; Strong troubleshooting skills and an analytical approach to problem-solving
- Good communication, interpersonal skills, self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
